G. Heflin
In business, Dr. Heflin held positions as Senior Consultant of
Technology with the Capital Markets Company, President & Founder
of Market Solutions Company, and Director of Foreign Exchange
and Derivatives Trading for PNC Bank.
In academia, Dr. Heflin worked as an NSF Postdoctoral Fellow
in Tokyo, Japan, a CERN Research Associate in Geneva, Switzerland,
an Adjunct Professor of Mathematics at the University of Maryland
(Yukoska, Japan), Adjunct Professor of Astronomy at Whittier College.
While a student, Dr. Heflin served as a Senior Instructor for
Kaplan Test Preparation Services, Teaching/Research Assistant
at Columbia University/Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), and
Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL).
Dr. Heflin holds a PhD in Physics from the University of California,
an MA in Physics from Columbia University, an MBA and MS in Computational
Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, and a BA and BS in Mathematics
and Physics from the University of Dallas. Dr. Heflin also holds
Series 7 and Series 63 Licenses and is a licensed Real Estate
Broker.
